Time has come to register for the CASCA 2010 banquet!

This year, the CASCA annual conference banquet will be held at Le Saint-Gabriel, the first auberge to be opened in North America in 1754 (www.lesaint-gabriel.com). This historical site is situated in Old Montreal, and combines the charm of Québécois haute cuisine with a delightful ambiance.

The cost is as follows:

1. CASCA members (including family/joint): $35.00
2. Students, post-docs, unwaged, and retirees: $30.00
3. Non-CASCA members: $40.00

1. "Banquet tickets" written in the title of your message
2. Your full name
3. Your e-mail address
4. The number, type and cost of tickets that you wish to purchase
5. The mode of payment that you will use: cheque or credit card.

If you pay by cheque:

1. Make your cheque payable to CASCA
2. Indicate on the back of the cheque your name and that you are paying for banquet tickets
