The Centre of International Policy Studies (University of Ottawa) launched their second “Best Blow Award” competition. The article of Scott Simon, Lest We Forget: How the 1930 Musha Incident Reveals the Hidden Nature of the Canada-Taiwan Relationship, is nominated.
The first round of the competition was judged by a panel of experts who have narrowed down the full list down to a top six. This determination was based on the following criteria:
- The importance of the policy issue discussed
- The originality of the academic insight it provides
- The quality of the argument and the quality of the writing
Congratulations!
