Ethnographic Field School in Andean Peru Focused on Women's Health

offered by Dr. Blakely Brooks, Department of Anthropology, East Carolina University
July 9-31, 2019 Cost: $3811, which includes 6 credit hours of tuition, excursions, travel in country.

Airfare and some meals are extra.

Students travel from Lima to Huaraz. They will gain experience visiting Quechua villages and conducting surveys and interviews on women's health. Students take two courses: ANTH 4001, Exploring Cultural Diversity in the Andean Highlands and ANTH 3176, Ethnographic Field School in the Andean Highlands or the equivalent at the graduate level. Open to undergraduate and graduate students from other institutions.
